This March, New Orleans became the epicenter of a movement. Behind every skilled professional is a great instructor—and the best of them gathered for the second annual Edcetera Instructor Summit, a multi-day event built on a single, powerful premise: the best instructors in the profession, united, can change lives.

Educators from Inspection Certification Associate (ICA) and PDH Academy, company leaders, and industry partners came together face-to-face to share breakthrough teaching strategies, celebrate student success stories, and sharpen the tools that empower professionals to reach their full potential.

Beyond the classroom walls, attendees also explored the living laboratories of New Orleans itself including a Levy Tour led by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Pontchartrain Conservancy. This provided a unique opportunity for instructors to connect what they teach to the real-world impact it creates.

Collaboration in Action
A key highlight was dedicated time for instructor collaboration. Through peer-led breakout sessions, instructors exchanged techniques for improving student engagement and learning outcomes.

Renowned industry leaders Inspectagram®, InterNACHI®, and InspectorPro Insurance joined the summit to share insights into the industry landscape, demonstrate tools used in the field, and connect directly with instructors. These conversations help ensure our training stays practical and aligned with real-world needs as industry leaders.

The summit energized our instructors, strengthened collaboration across teams, and reinforced our commitment to delivering high-quality, life-changing educational experiences designed to support professionals as they begin and advance their careers.
